Single Family Home built in 1910

 A redesign of the original layout to enhance openness and flow. The guest bathroom near the entry was downsized to create space for a functional powder room and mudroom tailored to the needs of a family of five. The kitchen was swapped to the dining room, and the new floor plan allowed a butler’s pantry and playroom.
