Single Family Home built in 1925.

The removal of the walls allowed for an open floor plan upon entry. We designed a seamless transition where the stair ceiling intersects with the open room, incorporating a new steel beam that blends effortlessly with the original architecture. This not only adds valuable cabinet space but also creates an architectural feature that preserves the home’s charm and makes the update feel like it’s always been there.
